Adobo Attack is inspired by my childhood memories when my lolo (grandad) would take me to Angeles Stadium with his prized fighting roosters. Once in the arena, my lolo's roosters either attacked or became adobo. The adobo we brought home for dinner were cooked using the carcass of fallen opponents. My lolo's roosters were champions!
